About this slam ball:
The MDBuddy sport slam ball is designed with a sand-filled with durable PVC exterior; a thick shell prevents blowouts when slammed against the ground. Smooth, slightly textured surface promotes a comfortable grip; and wipes clean with a damp cloth. Great for CrossFit exercises, energy-releasing workouts; designed for throwing, slamming, and catching, solo or with a partner.
